Datin Chrishini Richards is a Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of experience in financial leadership across global and startup environments. She began her career with Ernst & Young in Kuala Lumpur and Grant Thornton in London, specializing in IFRS, MFRS, and complex reporting.

As a former regional audit coordinator for a global Oil & Gas firm, she oversaw compliance across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. For the past 12 years, she’s focused on scaling startups in healthcare and food, building robust financial systems, KPI frameworks, and cash flow strategies.
