Eng Lee is a visionary leader with over 30 years of experience driving growth and transformation across industries. As CEO of Mudah Healthtech, she leads innovation in digital healthcare delivery; translating bold ideas into commercially viable solutions that scale. Her career spans top financial institutions, including her role as Private Banker at Phileo Allied Bank, where she managed high-net-worth clients.

 

In 2002, she transitioned into entrepreneurship as Chief Business & Marketing Officer at a brand consultancy, leading campaigns for Khazanah Nasional, PETRONAS Dagangan, BMW Malaysia, Sime Darby Motors, and Ernst & Young’s Malaysia Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. 

 

At Star Media Group, Eng Lee spearheaded revenue-driving initiatives and launched digital verticals across entertainment and business; cementing her reputation as a strategic force in commercial innovation and partnerships.
