Dr Jeevarajah Ratnarajah 

Dr. Jeevarajah Ratnarajah is a healthcare leader and dental surgeon, currently serving as CEO of Inno Mudah Healthcare, a subsidiary of Yayasan Sabah. He led the creation of Sabah’s first healthcare government-linked company (GLC), setting a new standard for public-private collaboration in the region.

Previously, as Group General Manager of Selgate Healthcare (a PKNS subsidiary), he worked with the Selangor State Government to spearhead major public health programs, including Selvax-Booster, Selangor Saring NCD screenings, SELVAX-IP outreach for the B40 population, and flood relief efforts in 2021.

Dr. Jeeva began his career as a Dental Officer with the Ministry of Health Malaysia and is the Founder and President of Pertubuhan Smile Malaysia, a non-profit focused on improving health access for underserved communities. His initiatives include nationwide dental screenings and Malaysia’s first unified oral health awareness campaign involving all dental schools.

A former Youth Advisor under the National Blue Ocean Strategy, he helped launch the Actyvate volunteering platform and proposed modular clinics for rural areas. He holds a First-Class Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Penang International Dental College and is widely recognized for his leadership in public health and healthcare innovation.
